Students' Grievances Redressal Cell

With a view to promote quality based education along with cordial teacher – student relationship, the college started a Students Grievances Redressal Cell. At the initial stage, suggestions were invited from students and teachers to sieve out the problem and find solution to it. The cell encourages one-to-one / face-to face discussion with students. The Committee members solve the problems by engaging the stakeholders and through discussions in a cordial manner. The larger problems are directed to the higher authorities and Counselors.


The Grievance Cell deals with problems related to academic and on certain occasions social problem like peer pressure, adjustment to new jobs and study hours and similar problem.The drinking water facility separate from the washroom was constructed following complaints from a majority of students.
Under Internal Quality Control Scheme, an evaluation was done regarding teaching methods and college functioning mode. This was done to improve upon the quality of teaching and the administrative process.
